Ensure your trees receive consistent expert attention year-round. Our Root Guardian Plan proactively manages issues like annually reapplied deep mulch – a common problem even for initially well-planted trees – preventing the flare from becoming re-buried over time. It ensures optimal mulching conditions, includes expert monitoring for early detection of potential issues, and provides priority service, all for your peace of mind.
All Tiers Include: Priority scheduling for any additional corrective work, a discount (e.g., 10-15%) on any additional corrective excavation or advanced girdling root removal services needed, and an Annual Summary Report (digital, summarizing visits, observations, mulch status, and recommendations).

Vigilance Plan:
Visits: 2 per year (Spring post-thaw & Fall pre-freeze).
Services: Root flare check, winter impact assessment, light soil loosening/aeration around flare, check for new surface/girdling roots, mulch assessment, correction, and top-dressing (up to 1 bag standard mulch included per tree). Pre-winter prep recommendations.
Pricing: Approx. $300 - $425 per year for the first tree (+$100-$150 for each additional tree up to 4).
Service Discounts: 10% off full mulch replacement (premium), 10% off Precision Excavation/New Planting, 10% off additional Salt & Ice Mitigation.
Seasonal Guardian Plan:
Visits: 4 per year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter - flexible visit).
Services: As above, plus more thorough mulch refresh (up to 2 bags standard mulch/credit), summer soil moisture assessment, observation for stress/pest/disease, one proactive winter snow/ice/salt mitigation visit.
Pricing: Approx. $500 - $750 per year for the first tree (+$175-$250 for each additional tree up to 4).
Service Discounts: 10% off full mulch replacement (premium), 15% off Precision Excavation/New Planting, 25% off additional Salt & Ice Mitigation.
Canopy Steward Plan:
Visits: 4 scheduled seasonal visits + 1-2 priority response visits (post-storm, acute concerns).
Services: Everything in Tier 2. May include the Premium Data & Health Report for one major tree annually, or annual premium mulch renewal (e.g., choice of 2-3 standard premium mulches, up to 3 bags per primary tree).
Pricing: $700 - $1,000+ per year for the first tree (+$250-$350 for each additional tree up to 4).
Service Discounts: 15% off full mulch replacement (premium), 20% off Precision Excavation/New Planting, 30% off additional Salt & Ice Mitigation.
