1. Our Commitment to Quality
At The Gentle Arbor, we are proud of the specialized, high-quality service we provide. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring our work meets the scope and standards outlined in our service agreement or quote.
2. Service-Based Business Clarification
As a service-based business, our fees primarily cover our time, labor, expertise, and materials used. Unlike physical goods, services cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on services that have been completed as described in the agreed-upon scope of work.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

4. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. Our process is as follows:

Notification: Contact us promptly with a detailed description of your concerns.

Assessment: We will schedule a time to visit your property to assess the work and discuss your concerns.

Corrective Action: If the work performed does not meet the agreed-upon scope or professional standards, our primary remedy will be to return to your property and perform corrective actions to address the specific deficiencies at no additional cost to you.
5. Diagnostic Service ("Flare Check")
The fee for our "Flare Check" diagnostic service is non-refundable as it covers our professional time and expertise to perform an on-site assessment. However, as stated in our service description, the cost of the Flare Check will be credited toward the total cost of any full excavation or establishment package that you book with us within 30 days of the check.
