1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

The Gentle Arbor provides specialized tree care services, including but not limited to root flare excavation, expert mulching, and new tree establishment, as described on our website. All services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

3. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on your property.

• Secure any pets or animals away from the work area for the duration of the service.

• Notify The Gentle Arbor of any known private underground utilities, such as sprinkler systems, landscape lighting wires, or invisible pet fences. The Gentle Arbor will contact Gopher State One Call (811) for locating public utilities but is not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines.

4. Quotes and Payment

• All quotes provided by The Gentle Arbor are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Payment is due in full upon completion of the agreed-upon services, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• We accept payment via Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other forms of electronic payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy page for full details on canceling a scheduled service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Gentle Arbor is a fully insured business. While we take the utmost care in performing our services, we shall not be liable for any damages that are outside of our control, including but not limited to pre-existing conditions of trees, damage from unmarked private utilities, or acts of nature. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Gentle Arbor and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.
